Terms of use and payment
ORDERS
You can purchase WallArk products using the shopping cart feature in our online store. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email and a delivery confirmation when your order has been shipped. WallArk cannot guarantee that all products in the online store will be in stock at the time of ordering. If the product you have chosen is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. Your order will be processed and delivered within approximately five business days. Samples will be delivered either directly to your mailbox, to a Posti parcel machine or to a pick-up point. List orders and rosettes will be delivered as a Matkahuolto Home Delivery or Shared Package.

PRICES AND DELIVERY
Prices are quoted in euros and include Finnish VAT at 25.5%. VAT is not charged on orders shipped to Norway and Switzerland. Please note that orders shipped to Norway and Switzerland may be subject to import duties or taxes, which will be added to your shipment once it arrives in the country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Domestic deliveries 7-100€. Delivery costs are added to orders under 2000 euros; for regular price orders of 2000 euros or more, delivery is free with the code "ILM.DOIMITUS". Free delivery is not available if other discounts have been received on the order.
The customer can pick up the products themselves without a delivery fee from Lönnrotinkatu 39 b (showroom) or Lönnrotinkatu 43 b (warehouse). The pick-up time must always be agreed in advance.
Shipping to Sweden, Norway and Denmark 150-250€ (samples 25€). Shipping costs are added to orders under 4000 euros; for regular-priced orders of 4000 euros or more, shipping is free with the code "FREESHIP". Free shipping is not available if other discounts have been received on the order.
Delivery to other European countries 400 euros (samples 50 euros) .
The customer pays for the shipping costs for returns. Please note that the return must be made to the return address and not to the nearest pickup point. The "Fragile Package" additional service must also be purchased for the return.
For international deliveries, we mainly use DB Schenker, and orders are delivered as curbside delivery outside private homes. In case of complaints about products broken during transport, please contact the transport company. We are also not responsible for the return costs of orders for international shipments.
DUES
You can pay for your order with Visa, Visa Electron or Master Card or via online banking.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

RETURNS
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from WallArk. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order. Returned products must be completely unused and in their original packaging. You must handle the returned product and its original packaging with care. If you have used the product or handled it carelessly, you are responsible for the decrease in value of the product up to the full value of the product. Please also remember to fill out the return form that you receive with the shipment. Please note that an uncollected package does not constitute a return. Return notification must always be made in writing by e-mail to info@wallark.com.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the order amount to the payment method you used. We will refund the return shipping costs if the product we sent is incorrect or defective. The processing time for the refund depends on your credit or debit card company.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
Posti and Matkahuolto will keep the packages for 7 days, after which they will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages (sample boxes), we will charge a €20 handling fee, and for unreceived shipments (frames and rosettes), we will charge a €100 handling fee, plus any additional costs charged by Posti/Matkahuolto.
PRODUCTS OFFERED AND PRICES
The seller does not guarantee that the products will fully correspond to the model images on the website. There may also be natural variations in the product designs depending on the material used and the production batch.
Manufacturing tolerances of ± 5% height and width, ± 5 mm length are applied to the dimensions of our products. FLEX strips up to
-15 mm length.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to the product selection displayed on the website and to product price changes.
