Shipping policy

ORDERS

You can purchase WallArk products with the shopping bag feature online. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. WallArk does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. Your order will be processed and shipped within two working days.
If you are unsure whether your transaction has been successful or you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please contact us via email or phone.

PRICES AND SHIPPING

Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 25,5%. VAT is not charged on orders delivered to Norway and Switzerland. Please note that orders to Norway and Switzerland may be subject to import customs and taxes, which are applied once your delivery reaches your country. Please contact your local customs service for further information.

Shipping in Finland 7-100€. Shipping costs will be added to orders under 2000€ ; shipping is free on normal price orders of 2000€ and over with code "ILM:TOIMITUS".

Shipping to Sweden, Norway and Denmark is 150-250€. Shipping costs will be added to orders under 4000€; shipping is free on normal price orders of 4000€ and over with code "FREESHIP".

Shipping to other European countries 300-400€.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Klarna or through Internet Bank.

The payments are operated by Paytrail Oy in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In credit card and bank statements, the payment recipient is Paytrail Oy, that forwards the payment to Wallark Oy.

Paytrail Oy is licensed to operate as a payment institution.
