PLACE AN ORDER
You can place your order in our online store. Simply add the products you have chosen to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We still need your contact information to finalize your order. That's it, you can now look forward to the arrival of your new interior design favorite!
We currently accept most common credit cards, Finnish online banks and Mobile Pay as payment methods. You can also choose Klarna as a payment option and pay for your order by invoice or split the payment into installments.
We cooperate with the payment service provider Paytrail and Klarna. All data transfer takes place through fully secured connections.
ORDER DELIVERY
We currently ship orders to most European Union countries, as well as Norway and Switzerland.
The domestic delivery fee for sample pieces is 7 euros and, depending on the size, they are delivered either to the nearest parcel machine or directly to a letterbox. Domestic list deliveries are delivered as Matkahuolto's "Home Delivery" or "Distribution Package" and cost 20-100 euros, while for standard-priced orders of 2000 euros or more, delivery is free with the code "ILM.TOIMITUS".
Deliveries to Sweden, Norway and Denmark are 150-250 euros, with orders of 4000 euros or more, delivery is free with the code "FREESHIP".
Shipping to other European countries is 400 euros.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are delivered within a few days. Delivery times vary depending on the service selected and the delivery destination. Delivery by traditional mail and Matkahuolto usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery address.
All prices on the website include Finnish VAT at 24% (25.5% from 01.09.2024). VAT is not charged for orders delivered to Norway and Switzerland. In such cases, the prices shown do not include VAT. Customs duties and national VAT added to the price are charged directly by the local tax authority and must be paid separately by the customer. Please contact your local tax office for any additional charges.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt. Please always keep your receipts and shipping documents. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at WallArk. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. In the case of an undamaged product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. More information about returns can be found in the terms and conditions.

Our goal is to provide lists that are in perfect condition and of excellent quality upon receipt. Please check the quality of the products upon receipt of your order. If the products have been damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company. You can return any product that has arrived damaged, and we will refund or replace it with another product. In such a case, please contact our customer service.
